When you graduate, what field do you want to work in? When I graduate high school, I plan to major (and work) in a graphic designer's typical environment. I feel as though this is the best option for me because it lets me free my inner artist in a professional manner and integrates my fondness of computers. The work is a "good busy" and has the potential to create great interactions with new people across the globe. I feel as though this program will let me dip my toe into an alternate beginning.
What skills will you bring to the summer studio? The skills I have are just a few steps to my goal. Hopefully, with this experience I will be able to add a few strengths to shape me for the outside world. I am certified in Print & Digital Media Publication using Adobe InDesign and in Graphic Design & Illustration using Adobe Illustrator. I have also worked and become familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. I feel as though these skills could broaden numerous opportunities for me to obtain my goal.
