Through her determination and hard work, Larresha strives to be the best that she can be.
When you graduate, what field do you want to work in? I plan to major in computer science. What skills will you bring to the summer studio? The skills I will bring into the summer studio is my creativity. I love letting my creative juices flow. After I complete this program I would like to see if there are other ways I can help my community. Who has inspired you? The person who has inspired me is Helen Keller. She was faced with many challenges, like being deaf and blind, but she did not let that hold her back. I can relate to her because I am blind in my right eye, but I don't let it hold me back either. I still read tons of books because I love them and I overcome my headaches form it. I still make honor roll even though it takes extra time to study. I still strive to be the best that I can be. How would you describe the color yellow to a blind person? I would describe the color yellow as being a sweet flavor like biting into an orange. I would also describe yellow as being shocked; the color sneaks up on you.
